Driving Excellence is a national program that recognizes efforts made by a Volkswagen dealership towards providing a best-in-class customer experience to its guests. It evaluates customer feedback in all departments, through mystery shops and store process audits by Volkswagen representatives.
“Volkswagen Driving Excellence™ Dealer” recognizes dealers for outstanding achievements in Sales & Service Mystery Shops, and 12 additional key performance indicators.
Birchwood Volkswagen on Regent, a newly updated dealership, offers a spacious sales showroom where customers are able to view the entire Volkswagen vehicle line-up with the assistance and guidance of our experience product specialist sales professionals. The parts department stocks an extensive line of products like tires and Volkswagen Accessories designed specifically for each Volkswagen Model. The Service department features a spacious drive-up area and service bays where our team of Volkswagen Trained technicians, with over 100 years of experience, is able to perform everything from regular maintenance to specific vehicle repairs.
